BRN Enterprises is an entrepreneurial group founded in 2022 by Burak Baran, bringing technology, maritime expertise and architectural design together under one roof.
Great projects rarely fit into one box. A yacht owner needs technology, regulation and design. A business needs vision, structure and the right partners. BRN Enterprises was created to bring those worlds together, so clients work with one team that sees the whole picture.
Since 2022 we have grown from a single idea into a group of focused ventures, serving clients across Poland, Türkiye, the United Kingdom and beyond, and we are just getting started.
To help our clients work smarter at sea and build better on shore, through practical technology, expert consulting and thoughtful design.
To build a group of companies that leads the way where design, the maritime world and technology meet.
An architect by training and an entrepreneur by nature, Burak Baran builds companies at the crossroads of design, the maritime world and international business. Working across Poland, Türkiye and the United Kingdom, he founded BRN Enterprises to give clients one partner for challenges that are both creative and commercial.
Under his leadership the group has launched Vesselflag, a maritime services platform, BBARCHI, an architecture and interior design studio, and MyAIVessel, an AI owner portal that brings artificial intelligence on board yachts.
A dedicated leadership team bringing expertise in compliance, design and commercial growth.
