AI Persona

AI Persona is our newest project: we design and build custom AI assistants for businesses and individuals. Each assistant has its own name, personality and tone of voice, and is trained on what matters to you, from a company’s services and FAQs to a person’s own schedule, interests and knowledge.

For businesses

• Answer customers 24/7 on your website, WhatsApp and social media, in multiple languages
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions and passing hot enquiries to your team
• Guide clients through processes such as applications, bookings and document checklists
• Support your team internally with instant answers from company knowledge

For individuals

• A personal assistant that helps organise your day, reminders and to-dos
• Your own knowledge companion trained on your notes, documents and interests
• A helper for everyday tasks such as writing messages, planning trips and managing paperwork
• Private by design, built around you and the way you like to communicate

How we build it

• Discover: we learn what you need your assistant to do
• Design the persona: name, personality, tone and the rules it follows
• Train and connect: we load the right knowledge and connect it to the channels you use
• Launch and improve: we keep refining it as it learns how you work
